Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead and manage a team of 1-3 hardscape technicians. The Foreman will oversee multiple job sites, ensuring high-quality installations and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardscape materials and installation processes, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of Arizona climate-appropriate plants as well as Arizona Building Codes, ROC Regulations, and HomeOwner Association Regulations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of at least 1-3 hardscape technicians across multiple job sites.

• Lead out in the installation of pavers, travertine, synthetic grass, gravel, irrigation systems, and other hardscape elements.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints and design plans for proper implementation.

• Train and mentor crew members in proper installation techniques and safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure proper use and availability.

• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide efficient solutions.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction.

• Proficiency in paver installation, travertine, synthetic grass, gravel, and irrigation systems.

• Previous experience managing a crew and leading projects.

• Ability to work across multiple job sites efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Knowledge of Arizona climate-appropriate plants.

• Basic understanding of Arizona Building Codes, ROC Regulations, and Home Owner Association Regulations.
