Full-Time Position in the Phoenix Metro and Surrounding Areas

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our hardscaping projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of hardscaping materials and installation processes, as well as proven experience managing crews and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. A background in Arizona climate-appropriate plants is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple hardscaping projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.

  • Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.

  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Assess all project details to ensure they meet Arizona Building Codes, ROC Regulations, and HomeOwner Association Regulations.

  • Order and manage materials to ensure timely availability for projects.

  • Train and mentor crew members as needed.

  • Provide project updates and reports to upper management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction project management.

  • Strong knowledge of pavers, travertine, synthetic grass, gravel installation, and irrigation systems.

  • Experience in managing crews and coordinating subcontractors.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.

  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Knowledge of Arizona climate-appropriate plants.

  • Strong understanding of Arizona Building Codes, ROC Regulations, and HomeOwner Association Regulations.
